Hey, y'all!  We are looking for a few Kentucky-loving individuals to initiate into the Kentucky for Kentucky crew! We have a few positions available, so if you have experience in E-commerce Marketing or Retail/Customer Service, we wanna see what you've got!  Check out the details below.

*E-commerce Marketing Manager*

We are looking for a hard working and creative E-commerce Marketing Manager to help improve our user interface and grow sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage new website
  • Uploading all new content to site (products, images, stories, etc.)
  • Managing e-commerce inventory levels
  • SEO optimization
  • Ability to provide reports on site metrics and suggest improvements
  • Drive growth through suggestions for improved e-commerce functions
  • Develop, implement and track customer retention strategies
  • Grow social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

Requirements:

  • 2 years e-commerce experience
  • Web development skills
  • Analytics and problem solving skills
  • Familiar with open source content management systems
  • Familiar with e-commerce marketing techniques
  • Knowledge of search engine marketing and search engine optimization
  • Proficiency in running paid social media ads
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds

*Retail Associate*

Kentucky for Kentucky is looking for a couple part-time retail associates. Employees can expect to work 15-20 hours per week.

 

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they enter the store
  • Assist customers with any questions/concerns
  • Keep store stocked with current merchandise
  • Operate cash register which includes handling cash, credit and checks
  • Keep store organized and clean
  • Complete inventory counts
  • Restock inventory
  • Help other team members with their work
  • Perform opening and closing duties

 

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with others
  • Willingness to work weekends and events
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
