In celebration of Black jockey, Isaac Burns Murphy, Kentucky's Prince of Jockeys. Murphy owns the crown for highest winning percentage among riders, including 3 wins at the Kentucky Derby in 1884, 1890, and 1891. He was the first jockey inducted to the National Museum of Racing Hall of Fame in 1955. Today, Murphy rests at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, a champion among champions.
