KY for KY and Friends invite you to "Play for More" in a Super Chop style fantasy football Guillotine League, raising funds for Kentucky Flood Relief. Your $100 entry fee will support the Foundation for Appalachian Kentucky with $75 per  each entry. The remaining $25 of entry money will go into a winners pool with various payouts based up the success of your team.  

In addition supporting a necessary cause, players will have the chance to win $2500 (or more depending on final tournament size) and a 2023 Scott Fish Bowl Invitation! Plus, all entrants will be entered into drawings for additional subscriptions and merchandise from our sponsors, AND for the first 132 entrees each division will have celebrity or fantasy analyst players! More celebrity players will be added as we go. If you are not interested in managing a team, we'll team you up with a experienced fantasy player to bring home the glory! 

Following historic flooding in Southeast Kentucky, groups and individuals have been working tirelessly to rebuild the homes and communities there. But the work is not done and will continue for months and years to come. The Foundation for Appalachian Kentucky provides direct economic assistance to individuals, families, small family farms, and businesses impacted by flooding.

Details for Play

After signing up for the contest on LeagueSafe.com, and once the leagues fill with 144 players, you will receive an invitation to your Guillotine League to draft your team. You will be randomly placed in a league with at least one celebrity or fantasy analyst. Teams will be drafted with a 2 hour per pick draft clock.  

Just like a regular Guillotine League, in Super Chop, we're still chopping the week's lowest scoring team, and those players go to the waiver wire for the remaining teams to bid on.

Super Chop contests comprise 12 Guillotine Leagues, each with 12 teams, resulting in 144 total teams. The season consists of two phases, a regular season and a playoff.

The regular season occurs between Weeks 1-11 and operates identically to a standard Guillotine League, except with 12 teams instead of 18.

After Week 11, there will be one remaining team in each division, referred to as "Division Winner." 

An online playoff draft for divisions winners will occur at 8:00 pm EST on the Tuesday evening of November 22nd, 2022, immediately after Week 11.

When you win your 12-team Guillotine Division, you:

1. Win $100 and advance to the playoffs for a chance to win an additional $2400 (or more depending on the final size of the tournament).
2. Win an invite to the 2023 Scott Fish Bowl!
3.  A Kentucky For Kentucky Flood Relief T-Shirt

The last team standing is the overall champion and receives an epic Eastern KY inspired trophy!
