Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, as our payment processor will no longer issue refunds over 90 days old.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Gift cards are non-returnable items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If we can't find your card information in our system, we can't refund your order back to your card.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1 - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2 - Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email that a refund has been applied to your order. We will notify you if there is a problem with the items you are returning.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days days of receiving your return. Once payment is refunded, it generally takes about 5-7 business days to show up in your account depending on the card.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at help@kyforky.com and we can provide you with a return label. You may also just send your item to: KYforKY (Returns), 720 Bryan Ave, Lexington KY 40505, United States. Please include a note with your name or order#, what you'd like to exchange for, and any updated contact or shipping address information.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. We can also exchange for other sizes or items if something else catches your eye.
Shipping
To return your product, you can either email info@kyforky.com for a return label, or you mail your product to: KYforKY (returns) , 720 Bryan Ave, Lexington KY 40505, United States
Shipping costs are non-refundable. That money has already been used to pay shipping both to you and if applicable, return shipping back to us.
If you are shipping your item back to us with your own label, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no tracking information.
